In mainland France, allow at least 2 business days after dispatch.

The pattern is sent immediately by email after payment is confirmed.

Since the plushies are already made, there is no production delay.
Your order is prepared and then shipped after validation.

For patterns:
Patterns are digital products:
they are sent by email immediately after payment is confirmed.

👉 There is therefore no waiting time to receive a pattern.

The language is always indicated on each pattern page.

The price does not appear in the parcel, only on the invoice sent by email.

I do not offer customization or made-to-order creations.

The available plushies are created in advance as part of a universe and message that I develop over time.
Each creation is part of that approach.

Each product page indicates a recommended age of use.
- Plushies are generally suitable for young children.
- Keyrings and hanging items are not suitable for very young children (small parts).

Yes, all Calinoumi plushies are entirely handmade by me, using crochet.

The patterns are also designed and written by me, based on my own creations.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal.

Since patterns are sent by email, they are available worldwide 🌍

I only use Oeko-Tex certified yarns, mainly cotton or polyester.

These materials allow me to ensure a good finish, long-lasting quality, and suitable use for plushies.
