These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) apply to all sales concluded on the website www.calinoumi.fr. The Calinoumi website is published by:

The Calinoumi website sells:
physical handmade crochet products (plushies, dolls, comforters, keyrings, hanging decorations), digital products (downloadable crochet patterns in PDF format).
The customer acknowledges having read these T&Cs before validating their order. Validation of the order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 1 – Principles
These T&Cs set out all the obligations of the parties. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. They are accessible at any time on the Calinoumi website and prevail over any previous version. The seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 2 – Content and scope of application
These T&Cs are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of physical products and digital content offered by Calinoumi. Physical products are delivered in mainland France and Corsica. For any other destination, the buyer is invited to contact the seller at: contact@calinoumi.fr. Digital products are available worldwide by download.
Article 3 – Pre-contractual information
In accordance with Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer acknowledges having received, before placing the order, all legal information relating to:
- the essential characteristics of the products:
- the price,
- the payment and performance terms,
- the legal guarantees,
- the functionalities of the digital content.
Article 4 – The order
The buyer may place an order online through the website catalog. For physical products, the order is subject to available stock. Digital products are not subject to stock management. The order becomes final after: - validation of payment, - sending of a confirmation email.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.
Article 5 – Electronic signature
Validation of the order and payment constitutes proof of the buyer’s agreement and of the amounts due.
Article 6 – Order confirmation
An order confirmation is sent by email. For digital products, this confirmation provides access to the download of the file.
Article 7 – Proof of the transaction
The seller’s computerized records constitute proof of orders and payments.
Article 8 – Product information
The products offered are those displayed on the Calinoumi website. Descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Photographs of physical products are not contractual.
Article 9 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros. For physical products, shipping costs are indicated before the order is validated. Digital products are sold without shipping costs. Prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order.
Article 10 – Payment method
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. The available payment methods are those offered on the website. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of non-payment.
Article 11 – Delivery – Availability
Physical products Delivery times are indicated on the website. In any event, delivery will take place within a maximum period of 30 days.
Digital products Digital products are made available immediately after payment, by downloading the attachment received by email.
Article 12 – Delivery terms (physical products)
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Any anomaly must be reported within the legal time limits.
Article 13 – Delivery error
In the event of an error or non-conformity concerning a physical product, the buyer must contact the seller at: - contact@calinoumi.fr
Digital products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Article 14 – Warranties
Physical products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. Digital products are guaranteed to conform to their description and to be usable at the time of download. The warranty does not cover incompatibilities related to the buyer’s equipment.
Article 15 – Right of withdrawal
Physical products
The buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Digital products
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied after the buyer’s express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal. Digital products are neither taken back, nor exchanged, nor refunded.
Article 16 – Force majeure
Neither party may be held liable in the event of force majeure.
Article 17 – Intellectual property
All content on the website and all digital products are protected by copyright. The purchase of a pattern grants a strictly personal right of use. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.
Article 18 – Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Calinoumi website.
Article 19 – Partial invalidity
The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
Article 20 – No waiver
The fact that a party does not rely on a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Article 21 – Language of the contract
These T&Cs are drafted in French.
Article 22 – Consumer mediation

Article 23 – Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
